As a PhD student (2017–2021) under Prof. Marie Harder, Dike Felix helped the research group discover, in clear terms, the transformative learning outcomes of WeValue InSitu events. This result follows a deep qualitative analysis of multiple WeValue InSitu workshops conducted over time on three continents: Africa, Europe, and Asia. Other contributions of Dr. Dike include successful analysis and identification of microlearning processes (tacit & explicit) inherent in transformative learning process, that occurs during WeValue InSitu events. He also contributed in discovering transformative learning outcomes that promote environmental sustainability practices among university students who participated in WeValue InSitu events.
