Firooz developed and implemented innovative research methodologies to elicit values from diverse groups, including cognitive, visual, and narrative approaches. He designed and conducted qualitative research through focus groups, structured and semi-structured interviews, and surveys to gather data on the operationalization of ethical values. He also analyzed and interpreted complex research data to develop actionable insights and recommendations for others in different fields such as human development, values-based management and sustainable development. Firooz developed applications and innovations from this core research work which makes the work more useful for other fields such as evaluation, public health, business, sustainability, pro-environmental behavior and workplace alignment.
